Meet Attorney Adin Rodgers
Adin grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana, with his two brothers, his mother (a registered nurse at Union Hospital) and his father (a public school teacher at Chauncey Rose). After graduating from Terre Haute North High School, Adin attended Oral Roberts University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Theology with a minor in Historical Biblical Studies. Shortly thereafter, Adin attended Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana, and earned a Masters of Divinity in 2003. Since 2001 Adin has pastored a total of 5 churches in Illinois and Indiana, and continues to pastor a local congregation, Bethany Community Church, part-time in West Terre Haute, Indiana.
Adin also joined the Indiana Army National Guard in August of 2000 and served honorably for 23 years before retiring in November of 2023. During that time, Adin was the Chaplain for many different types of Army units, both national guard and active duty, including the 76th Combat Infantry Brigade, where he served as the Post Chaplain in Mosul, Iraq in 2008, and Camp Atterbury Indiana, in 2010-12, and as the Deputy State Chaplain in 2013. Adin retired in 2023 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
After Adin graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was admitted to the practice of law in 2019. Since that time, he has been employed as an attorney for the State of Indiana, 2019-2022, and later as an attorney advisor for the Department of Justice 2022-2025, before starting his own firm.
In his current role, Adin helps families navigate the numerous legal challenges associated with long-term care planning, special needs and incapacitation planning, farm succession planning, estate planning, estate administration, probate, and Medicaid applications for long-term care. His main goal is to provide his clients with exceptional legal advice, planning, and advocacy, while building their trust through caring, comfortable, and timely communications.
Adin has been married for 28 years to his best friend Tabetha who is also a graduate of North High School and Purdue University and is a Registered Nurse of 20 years. Together they have raised two wonderful daughters. Adin is an outdoorsman and loves to hunt, fish, and golf. He also manages a farm with his wife, planting row crops and pollinators, and keeping bees.
The most important aspect of Adin’s life is his faith and salvation in Jesus Christ, and his desire to live daily in his service.
